The Navan WI is proud of the historical information that we have collected on Navan and the surrounding towns. We have recently re-housed all of our information to keep it in safe binders and a filing cabinet. In the summer we were asked by the Navan Nugget editor if we would be willing to add the original editions of the Nugget to our archives. We were pleased to be able to do that in support of the Navan Community Association.
The 1st edition of the NCA’s Navan Nugget was published in September 2006 by the founding editor Margaret Macneill. The editorship position was then held by Virginia Lowe and later by Sara Ericsson. Tom Devecseri has overseen the printing of the Nugget since its inception, and since October 2016, has taken on the editorship and full production of the Nugget.
