Russell District WI organised a wonderful afternoon tea to celebrate the 118th anniversary of FWIO. North Russell and Russell Village branches hosted the five branches in our District. About 50 of us gathered at the Church Hall in Russell to eat, drink, chat, and play! We wore hats to top off our outfits. Lola Larmour, from the Leonard Branch, won for the most beautiful hat. It was a grand day for all who participated.
