On Saturday, June 13th, more than 100 people strolled through Navan, on a self-guided tour through many of the lovely gardens in the village. Everyone enjoyed discovering inspirational ideas for their own gardens, while taking in the work of local artists at each stop. Along the way, they visited our local winery, Domaine Perrault, the newly opened spa, Country Moments, and a park dedicated to Navan WI member Verna Cotton and her late husband Syd.
Navan WI President, Sheila Minogue-Calver hosted everyone for snacks and a beverage after their tour, and drew names for door prizes donated by local businesses. Thanks to everyone who contributed to making this event such a success. We exceeded our goal, ensuring that our Navan WI is better able to support programs and projects within our community.
