Our Christmas party was held once again at Castello’s in Navan.  

Fun was had by all as we made gnomes in October, getting ready for Christmas.

As part of our meeting on Wednesday October 12, we were guided through a painting activity by our very talented member Doreen Hardiman. Doreen demonstrated for us how to do two pictures and then we chose either a sunset or a daytime picture. We used dollar store canvases and inexpensive craft paint and Doreen taught

Our new WI year was ushered in with a lovely evening of Wine and Small Plates. Everyone who attended prepared the foods based on Nyam’s recommendations of wine and food pairings. And it was quite a success! The ladies of the Navan WI were pleased to put on an event for the community. Our first ever “Navan Fun Walk” was on Saturday September 10th and it was a beautiful day. Many families took part and enjoyed exploring various sites in our town.
